This position involves computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records, contacting physician’s offices for refill authorizations, and verifying orders with clients. You will process new and refill prescriptions, verify eligibility, and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards. You'll also document correspondence, prepare audit sheets, and assist with research of lost orders.

The Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty is a member of the Rightway PBM Clinical Operations team, delivering a "pharmacist in the family" approach to engaging members on specialty medications with caring and empathetic interactions via phone, email, and chat. This role will guide specialty members and answer questions about pharmacy related topics and assist specialty members in enrolling in copay/patient assistance programs.

As a Care Pharmacist, you will provide personalized care for pets and pet-owners. You will communicate with veterinarians and clients to get prescriptions in a timely manner and ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly. You will delight customers through excellent service and a friendly attitude.
